On November 21, the Hamilton boys’ basketball team held a pep rally at lunch. That day was their first home game of the season, and the rally was meant to celebrate the start of their season.
The cheer and dance team performed at the beginning of the pep rally. Then the varsity team came out and introduced themselves. At the end of the pep rally, the team held a raffle to win a Wing Stop gift card.
A junior in Humanities named Alejandra Munoz was the winner of the raffle.
“I was really happy because I won the raffle and I didn’t think it was going to happen,” Alejandra said.
Students said they enjoyed the pep rally.
“The pep rally was cool, it was more fun than I thought it would be,” SAS junior Joel Gonazales said.
