Spring is here, and with it, comes Eyes Peeled’s newest seasonal menu. Students at Hamilton are relishing the variety of options Eyes Peeled has to offer. A memorable mention is their iconic banana matcha, which offers a creamy sea salt foam with cookie crumbs and a banana flavored syrup. Now with the upcoming season, their latest menu has dropped and they are exploring new flavors and twists on their regular orders.
Their newest spring menu features the ricotta toast, iced lychee green tea, and strawberry matcha.

Local Eyes Peeled customers are excited about the new menu as the temperature warms up and the craving for something sweet and refreshing gets stronger.
Humanities senior Eduardo Lopez, an avid Eyes Peeled lover, shared his excitement over the fresh additions. “I’m excited about it. I really love ice cold drinks,” he said. ” It’s really close to school and convenient when you need a drink.”

Eyes Peeled isn’t just expanding their menu—their food options are extending as well. The ricotta toast in all its glory has made its comeback at the local cafe. It’s served on toasted sourdough bread with a scoop of creamy whipped ricotta. Finished with a layer of raspberry jam, bits of pistachio crumbs, and honey drizzle, it’s a beautiful balance of sweet and tangy. If you’re a fan of this combination, you should definitely try this toast!
The famous strawberry matcha has finally found its way to Eyes Peeled. It’s made with their traditional matcha layered with strawberry oat milk, making a vibrant fusion of matcha and fruit!
